•Please ensure correct address details while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Refund Policy
• Since our products are handmade and customized, we do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed.
•Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged in transit or if there is a manufacturing defect.
•To claim a refund, you must provide unboxing video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation:
•Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
•After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as products are already in the making process.
Return:
•Returns are not accepted for handmade, customized, or personalized items unless the product is defective or damaged.
Exchange:
•Exchanges are only applicable in case you receive a wrong product.
•The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned it at a time of delivery.
